Baby Goat Yoga in the Garden
Four baby goats joined the SustainEd Farms family in December, and we’re continuing the celebration with another special community Goat Yoga Class right in the DGS/Inspire garden! This gentle, beginner-friendly outdoor session invites playfulness, joy, and a little barnyard magic!
About the Class
The session will be led by Maya McDowell, SustainEd Farms’ Programs Manager and certified yoga instructor. This class is designed for all levels—most poses will take place on the ground to allow plenty of baby goat interactions, nuzzles, and delight.
The yoga portion will last 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of tea and time to feed and enjoy the baby goats together in our barn.
