Baby Goat Yoga in the Garden
Four baby goats joined the SustainEd Farms and DGS family this past weekend, and we’re celebrating with a special community Goat Yoga Class right in the DGS garden! This gentle, beginner-friendly outdoor session invites playfulness, joy, and a little barnyard magic as we welcome the new kids to the world.
About the Class
The session will be led by Maya McDowell, SustainEd Farms’ Programs Manager and certified yoga instructor.This class is designed for all levels—most poses will take place on the ground to allow plenty of baby goat interactions, nuzzles, and delight. The yoga portion will last 45 minutes, followed by warm tea served in our barn alongside the goats.
