About the event
We are so excited to be starting up our monthly volunteer happy hour series this growing season. On the third Thursday of every month we will meet at a different school garden to do some volunteer work (weeding, watering, seeding, harvesting, organizing, etc.) then we will partner with a neighboring brewery for happy hour after. This is a great way to support our work by getting your hands dirty and learn about our impact over a beverage after. We are limiting space to 25 people for each event, so sign up early!
Our July event will be at Ashley Elementary (1914 Syracuse St). Volunteer work will be from 5:00-6:15. Happy hour will be at Fiction Beer Company (7101 East Colfax Ave) from 6:15-7:00 with the option to stay later for their weekly trivia.
